Die Hightech-Stoffe der KRAWATTN-Edition stehen sinnbildlich für eine Gegenwart, in der technische Innovation und funktionale Materialien immer stärker mit dem Versprechen von Effizienz, Kontrolle und Optimierung verknüpft werden. Die Edition KRAWATTN entstand anlässlich der Ausstellung Anima Overdrive.

The high-performance fabrics used in the KRAWATTN edition symbolise a contemporary world in which technological innovation and functional materials are increasingly bound to promises of efficiency, control and optimisation. Originally intended to provide protection, enhance performance or improve adaptability, they become symptoms of a culture of perpetual self-optimisation. The fascination with technological progress is inseparable from the demands of a hyper-mediated and digitalised society, in which individuals are constantly expected to adapt to ever-increasing standards of performance. The KRAWATTN edition was created on the occasion of the exhibition Anima Overdrive.
