Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die Angaben zur Person sowie die Angaben zum Konto, sofern eine Abbuchungsermächtigung erteilt wird, gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 b der Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO), gültig ab 25.5.2018, gespeichert werden, da dies für die Verwaltung der Mitgliedschaft erforderlich ist. Die Speicherung der Daten erfolgt ausschließlich zu diesem Zweck und zur vereinsinternen Betreuung der Mitglieder. Eine Weitergabe an Dritte erfolgt nicht, ohne dass zuvor eine Genehmigung eingeholt wird. Das Gleiche gilt für die Veröffentlichung der Daten in einem Mitgliederverzeichnis. Unabhängig davon hat jedes Mietglied das Recht auf Berichtigung oder Löschung der Daten. Zudem besteht das Recht, sich bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren. Nach Beendigung der Mitgliedschaft werden die Daten gelöscht, soweit nicht steuergesetzliche Gründe der Löschung entgegenstehen.
